What criteria must I meet to qualify for your (IHCDA) programs?

Qualifications for all of IHCDA's homebuyer programs are determined by your total household income being under the program income limit for the county you are purchasing your home in.  Under specific programs, the sales price of the home must be under the federal acquisition limit for your area and, in most areas of the state, you must be a first time homebuyer unless purchasing in a targeted county.  IHCDA does have programs that do not require you to be a first time homebuyer.  For a complete list of programs and qualification guidelines, please visit IHCDA's website on the "Becoming a Home Owner" tab under the Homeownership Programs section; http://www.in.gov/ihcda/homeownership/.
