The ICW does not have funds to give grants; however, depending on where you are located there are resources. The Secretary of State's Business Services Division has a plethora of information on starting a business including an Entrepreneur's Guide. http://www.in.gov/sos/business/

Another resource in Central Indiana is the Business Ownership Initiative of Indiana. This is a perfect resource for exploring business ownership. BOI also has a program called Central Indiana Women's Business Center. They provide services in a 10-county area. http://nsibiz.org/index.php.

The U.S. Small Business Administration offers a variety of programs and services to those wanting to start their own business. http://sba.gov/index.html.

The Fort Wayne Women's Bureau helps women-owned business through programs including business counseling, mentoring, and training. http://www.womensbureau.com/womens_enterprise.html.

The Indiana Business Owners Guide to State Government: http://www.in.gov/core/business_guide.html  is a good overview for when starting a business.
