Where can a person find a listing of rivers and lakes in Indiana that are legally navigable?

The Natural Resources Commission has adopted a listing of rivers and lakes which have been declared navigable or non-navigable by a court, statute, or agency with appropriate jurisdiction. http://www.in.gov/nrc/

Particular regulatory programs, such those of the Federal Clean Water Act and Admiralty Law, have differing statutory definitions for what is navigable however.
