The process begins with an intake interview. You may contact an intake advocacy specialist by phone, in writing, or email. Intake Advocacy Specialists are available to handle intakes from 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 Monday through Friday. Usually, messages left for IPAS staff are returned within forty-eight-four hours.
