I just received a determination from my county’s property tax assessment board of appeals (“PTABOA”). What is the deadline for appealing to the Indiana Board of Tax Review (“IBTR”)?

In order to obtain a review by the Indiana board, the party must, not later than forty-five (45) days after the date the PTABOA gives notice of its determination:
(1) file a petition for review with the Indiana board; and
(2) mail a copy of the petition to the other party.

See Ind. Code 6-1.1-15-3(d). Click here to link to the Ind. Code. See also, Appeals Process.
