What do I do if my public defender isn't working on my case the way I would like?
If you believe that your attorney is not representing your interests, you may file a complaint with the Disciplinary Commission. That organization is the only organization that can prosecute attorneys. You can find the request form at this address: https://secure.in.gov/judiciary/discipline/2373.htm.
