What is the Indiana law concerning tinted windows?

No vehicle may be operated in which a windshield, side wing, side window which is part of a front door, or rear back window has been covered or treated with sunscreening material or tinting that would prevent the occupants of the vehicle from being easily recognized or identified through the window from outside the vehicle (IC 9-19-19-4).
