Why do I have to submit my personal and corporate taxes as part of the minority or women’s business enterprise application process?

Taxes are necessary to determine salary, true ownership and operating revenues of the enterprise.

If your company files corporate tax returns, you may now submit, with the corporate taxes, either your personal tax returns or a notarized letter from a CPA. Wording for the CPA letter can be found here. Of course, you may always opt to submit the personal taxes of the qualifying member(s) if you prefer. Please note that this policy change applies only to Minority and/or Woman-owned corporations.
