How often do I have to register as an executive branch lobbyist?

Executive branch lobbyists only have to register once, but must update their registration within (15) business days to reflect any changes that have occurred since initial registration.

In addition to registering, executive branch lobbyists must file an Executive Branch Lobbyist Annual Report no later than January 15 of each calendar year. Annual Reports should be filed electronically via the Executive Branch Lobbyist Registration website.

For more information, see the Executive Branch Lobbyist Registration Rule, visit the Executive Branch Lobbyist website at http://www.in.gov/idoa/2885.htm,  or call (317) 234-4431
