How can I tell if I need to register as an executive branch lobbyist?

If you are an individual who is paid at least $1,000 to make contact with an executive branch agency for the purpose of trying to influence the outcome of a contract; a lease; another financial arrangement; or a rule, then you would be required to register.

For more information, see the Executive Branch Lobbyist Registration Rule, visit the Executive Branch Lobbyist website at http://www.in.gov/idoa/2471.htm, or call (317) 234-4431
