Does this mean that all customers purchasing an individual health insurance policy will have a 0.7 percent increase in premiums?

No. Individual premiums vary widely because insurance policies may include different coverage, co‐pays and deductibles. In addition, individuals purchasing health insurance through the Federally Facilitated Insurance Marketplace whose household income is less than 400 percent of the Federal Poverty Level may be eligible for a sliding scale tax credit to help pay the premium.
