How do I enroll in HIP Link?

To enroll in HIP Link, the employee must complete an application for HIP, found here. When filling out the application, select the "HIP Link" box. If the employee is not already enrolled in their employer's HIP Link heath plan, the employee must enroll in the plan during open enrollment or special enrollment period depending on when eligibility is determined. This process is the same for Hoosiers who are already enrolled in the Healthy Indiana Plan and would like to transition to HIP Link. If an employee is already enrolled in the Healthy Indiana Plan, he or she can call 800-403-0864 and ask about reporting a change to transition to HIP Link.

For more information, please contact us by filling out the FSSA Contact Form (please specify "HIP Inquiries" for how your inquiry should be directed) or call toll free: 1-877-GET-HIP-9.
