We would like to help our aging parents stay in their own home for as long as they can. What do we need to know? Where do we start?

A number of programs-often called Home and Community-Based Services-are available to help older adults and persons with disabilities remain in their own home. Look online to find the nearest Area Agency on Aging to speak with a case manager to find out more, or call the Division of Aging office toll-free (888-673-0002) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., EST.
