What are the responsibilities of the Small Business Ombudsman?
The Small Business Ombudsman serves as the direct resource for entrepreneurs to obtain clarity, direction and solutions relating to state government operations, agencies, and regulations. The Small Business Ombudsman seamlessly serves as the liaison between businesses and government. Through this program, new laws, programs and procedures affecting small businesses will be publicized.
