Can I communicate with a student over the internet in a juvenile facility?
No. Students are not permitted access to the internet, nor can they have personal computers in their rooms. Students may use the computers if their educational program merits it in a supervised manner. Students can also use JPAY for email communication. To learn more about JPAY you can click on the JPAY widget on the home page.
