IHB and DHPA collaborate to offer special signage for historic cemeteries. Visit http://www.in.gov/history/4042.htm for details. Historic cemeteries, historic county courthouses, Carnegie library buildings, historic districts/neighborhoods, historic bridges, and other topics represented in multiple counties are not eligible for an Indiana State Historical Marker, but many local and county marker programs mark these places. Contact your local historical society to inquire.
