What is a problem-solving court?

Problem-solving courts are defined in Indiana Code 33-23-16-8. They include: community courts; domestic violence courts; drug courts; family dependency drug courts; mental health courts; reentry courts; veterans' courts; and any other courts certified as a problem-solving court by the Indiana Judicial Center.
