What types of programs or projects are eligible for Court Reform Grant funding?

Court Reform Grant awards focus on the following specific areas: 1) Study or implementation of performance measures using the National Center for State Courts' (NCSC's) CourTools; 2) modern court reporting technology or jury management systems; 3) studies or implementation of the transfer of responsibility for court records from the clerks to the courts; 4) unified court administration and budgeting on either a county or district level; and 5) cross-county programs, such as district problem-solving courts.

Any grant funds remaining unspent at the conclusion of the grant project will revert back to the Title IV-D fund, to be used in future grant awards.
