How can I find out if a judicial officer has ever been disciplined?

Pursuant to Admission and Discipline Rule 25's confidentiality provisions, the Commission may only release information about a judge's public discipline.

To learn whether a judge has been publicly disciplined, visit the Judicial Disciplinary Opinions (http://courts.in.gov/jud-qual/2378.htm) and Orders and Opinions Regarding Final Resolution in Attorney Disciplinary Cases (http://courts.in.gov/2768.htm).
