Can the Indiana Commission on Judicial Qualifications help me overturn a judge's legal decision that I believe is incorrect?

No. The Commission does not have authority to review or intervene in any legal proceeding.

If you believe that a legal decision was erroneous, you must challenge it in court or on appeal.

For more information about the Commission's jurisdiction, visit http://courts.in.gov/jud-qual/2375.htm.
