What do I need to do if I want to complain about the judge in my case?
If you have a complaint about a judge, it must be "in writing and verified" before the Judicial Qualifications Commission can consider it. The Judicial Qualifications Commission has details including a form on how to begin the process at http://courts.in.gov/jud-qual/2374.htm.
