Are both original and amended charges and their offense types listed in criminal records on the mycase.in.gov website?

If a Motion to Amend charges in a criminal case is filed and the court notes that in the case record, then the case record at http://mycase.in.gov will show both the original and the amended charges. Otherwise, the case record will only display the currently pending charges and no history of amendments.

In addition, if a case is recorded in Odyssey, the level and type of offense charged (e.g., felony, misdemeanor) is displayed in the record. This is true for both original and amended charges (if amended charges are filed). However, because records from older systems are also included in the online case search, not all records available online will include this information.

The mycase.in.gov website includes cases only from counties using the state's Odyssey case management system. For a list of courts that use Odyssey and mycase.in.gov, see http://courts.in.gov/4234.htm
