Office of Utility Consumer Counselor: How can I comment on a specific case?

The OUCC invites written consumer comments on all pending cases before the IURC. Comments can be submitted through our Website, by mail or by fax. We strongly urge consumers to submit comments in writing. Oral comments, unless presented under oath at a public field hearing, are considered hearsay and cannot be submitted as evidence in a pending case.
