How do I know if I am eligible for premium tax credits?

If your household income is less than 400 percent of the federal poverty level, you may be eligible for premium tax credits through the federal Marketplace, if you are not eligible for HIP 2.0. The chart below shows 100 percent and 400 percent of 2016 annual federal poverty level for different family sizes.
