Who is involved in the IN-TIME initiative?
Traffic Incident Management is a planned and coordinated program process to detect, respond to, and remove traffic incidents and restore traffic capacity as safety and quickly as possible. This coordinated process involves a number of public and private sector partners.  

Partners include:  Contractors Association, Criminal Justice Institute, Dept. of Homeland Security, Indiana Petroleum Marketers & Convenience Store Association, Indiana Fire Chief's Association, Indiana Board of Animal Health, and Indiana Sheriff's Association.
