How do I request a PC to be assigned as a Non-Network seat (NNS), and how do I confirm that it does not get charged full seat?

Once you open an IOT Customer Service ticket you will request a PC to be assigned as a NNS and you provide the following information: User Name, Computer Name, Computer Serial Number, Location of Computer, and Agency Bill Code, and note that you are requesting that the computer be added to Non-Network Seat listing. IOT will determine if the computer is a valid non-network seat request and take the proper steps to set-up this billing change. You can confirm by reviewing the details on your invoice that the computer serial number is not listed under both Seat and Non-Network Seat.
