How do I request a User ID and Password for Pinnacle to review my IOT invoice and reports?
Fill out the Pinnacle User Access Form <link> and attach the form to the IOT Customer Service Ticket. For those customers who do not have access to IOT's ticketing system, you can hand delivered the user form to Indiana Office of Technology, 100 N. Senate Ave, Room N551, Indianapolis, IN 46204, or fax the form to 317-234-0917. The form will require requested user's manager signature.
