Can I be represented by my counsel (an attorney of my choice) at SEAC hearings or proceedings?

Yes. You may be represented by counsel of your choice at all stages of a SEAC proceeding. To appear before SEAC, an attorney needs to be licensed to practice law in Indiana or admitted pro hac vice by the Indiana Supreme Court for the matter in question.
