For State Employees Only: Can I pay for overtime?

If you are given prior approval, you may pay for overtime when a contract personnel resource works more than forty (40) hours in one week as long as the contractor accurately states the hourly wage, or contract charge to contractor ("the real hourly wage"), of the affected contract employee. The contractor is also responsible for keeping any additional charges for overtime under fifty per cent (50%) of the real hourly wage of the contract personnel resource.
