For State Employees Only: Is a vendor allowed to offer a contract temp for a job classification upon which they did not bid?

No, every vendor did not bid on all job classifications and if a vendor did not bid, the rate will be blank or labeled “n/a” in the Personnel Rate Table. Vendors are restricted to offering résumés on job classifications in which the rate has been set by the contract with them. However, they may try to offer you a resource that may better suit your business needs.
