For State Employees Only: What does QoS stand for?

QoS is an abbreviation for "Quality of Service," and is a broad collection of networking technologies and techniques. The purpose of QoS is to guarantee the ability of a network to deliver predictable, high quality results. In videoconferencing, QoS guarantees the quality of a videoconference by ensuring that "packets" of information that move along data circuits stay connected together.
