What do I do if my IN.gov Subscription username or password isn't working?

Make sure you type your username and password in all lowercase letters, your password is case sensitive.

If you are still having problems, try putting your cursor in the username box and hit "delete" about 10 times.

Do the same for password and re-enter both username and password.

If it still is not working, you can call  or email: IN.gov  office at 317-233-2010 or 888-4IN-eGov (888-446-3468) during our normal business hours of 7:30 am - 5:30 pm CT.
