For State Employees Only: Does my organization qualify as an “Authorized User?”

"Authorized User" is a term chosen to describe the public-sector offices that may use the services offered by the ITN. Generally, authorized users include state and local government offices, colleges and universities, K-12 public and private schools, public libraries, public hospitals, rural health care providers, noncommercial radio and television stations, economic development corporations, and community networks.
