Do I have a right to employment?

No. Indiana is what is called an "at-will" employment state. This means that either the employee or the employer may terminate the employment at any time, for any reason and without notice. However, an employer may not terminate your employment because of your race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, disability or because you have complained of workplace harassment or attempted to unionize.
