Who makes up the State Board of Finance and what does it do?
The governor, the auditor of state, and the treasurer of state constitute the state board of finance. The board has advisory supervision of the safekeeping of all funds coming into the state treasury and all other funds belonging to the state and may transfer money between appropriations for any board, department, commission or office of the state.
