For State Employees Only: How can I tell if I’m connected to the network?

 

Check if your network cable (usually the blue cable) is plugged into your PC and the correct jack. If that doesn’t work, click “Start”, “Run”, and type “cmd” and click “Enter”. When the command window opens, type “ipconfig” and click “Enter”. If a message comes up saying “Media disconnected” then check the network cable again. If it is plugged in correctly, call IOT Customer Service for assistance.
