 For State Employees Only:What do I do when I don’t see any programs after I’ve logged onto Citrix?

You have not been granted access to any programs. Please contact IOT Customer Service (ICS@iot.in.gov or 234-4357) and generate a ticket so that we can add you to the proper Citrix group.
