I want to request a public record on a food safety matter. Who do I contact?

It depends on the area of the food safety and is as follows:
• Dairy or meat/poultry processing
Indiana Board of Animal Health (BOAH) (317) 227-0300. They also handle questions on farm animals, inspection of dog breeders, meat and poultry plants, branding or tagging animals.
